Third Fand is an award-winning office, restaurant and retailmarketplace in the heart of Chula Vista. The property is thecornerstone of what is now called Third Avenue Village. The Villagewas originally developed to recreate a village atmosphere whichprevailed in the early 1900’s when it was the site of a majorfarmer’s market and commercial district.Third Avenue Village is rapidly becoming the social, dining andentertainment destination for San Diego’s South Bay. A newspecial event facility, the Vogue Theater, is currently underconstruction, which will compliment the renovations at .Third FandCurrently, within the four block stretch from E St. to G St., thereare over 30 food and drink establishments.

The complex is complemented with substantial street parking aswell as a free, 650 space, city owned parking structure. TheVillage is easily accessible via 3 major freeways, as well as severalmajor bus lines and the trolley. GENERAL OVERVIEW We are taking extensive efforts to ensure the health andsafety of all of our tenants and guests. We have dramatically reduced the number ofpotential workspaces and seating. We have hand sanitizer stations throughout the space,as well as sanitizing wipes to wipe down any surfaces. Please use them freely. We haveinstalled medical grade air purifiers throughout the facility, and upgraded our HVACfilters to hospital grade MERV 13, which trap 98% of airborne particles.Please do not come to our facility if you are sick. Your temperature will be taken by astaff member and any member or guest with a temperature of 100 or higher will berefused entry and ask to leave the complex. You will be asked if you have had anysymptoms with the last 14 days, and again be refused entry if confirmed, and asked toleave the complex.Cold water and ice will be available at the dispenser. Keurig coffee makers will also beavailable. Members must provide their own coffee pods and cups. Paper cups for waterwill be available.

For the safety of you and the people around you, face coverings are required whenever your arein public areas of the campus and in the facility. Always carry a mask so youTHIRDandF WORK

are prepared as you move about the facility. Masks are just good manners.
