No gatekeepers on the SAF ports.

Gatekeepers are configured but are masked off the SAF ports.

Cause: The 3C3E or 3C3C results from a call in the code to set "free_scratch_slot_p_dv_specify_return_no_indirect_TID_read" in the options flags. When this is aThin device, during the scratch slot unlock, the code ends up re-reading the I table of the first trackfrom the source device. This then results in the code overwriting the current WP sector signatures inthe device record, and when the code calls  "move_safe_write_context" out of the meta switch, thisold value from global memory is what is copied over as the expected "new" sector signature. Thisscratch slow options flags command does not exist in Enginuity 5875.

Resolution: Field Service:

An OPT has been opened with Engineering and a permanent fix is in progress. Contact theSupport Center for escalation to a Recovery Team Data Structures SME and quote this solutionID.For 5876:Fix 66424 is released GA at 5876.229.145 and also available in an Enginuity Pack  for5876.159.102 .
