By registering your child for Chester County Sports Arena’s summer

camp, you give us the permission to use your child’s photo for marketing

purposes. During the camp season, staff members and/or professional photographers may take photos in which we will use for the above stated

CCSA Summer Camp is for children ages 4

through 13. We are located off Lincoln

Highway in Downingtown, PA. We provide a

unique program that incorporates recreation,

adventure, creativity, and fun! Emphasizing a

friendly environment, we aim to deliver a

summer camp experience like no other! CCSA

Summer Camp provides a mixture of inside and

outside recreation, sports, crafts, and much

more! One weekly fee, everything is included.

fees are due at least one week prior to the start of

camp. In the event that your child cannot attend a scheduled date, we must be notified in writing by

the Wednesday prior. A late fee of $25 will be

assessed in either case.

(first 10 days must be scheduled at registration, blocks of 5

DAILY SCHEDULE Camp will begin on Mondays with campers being placed into specific age appropriate

groups at 8:30AM. Campers will huddle up each day with their counselor to discuss the activities that will take place that day. All groups will have a VERY active schedule with

time out for rest periods as needed. CCSA camp is built upon week-long activities designed to inspire your child to explore, create, interact, and stay active during the summer! Laugh,

sing, dance, and move your way into a fun summer in an enriching environment! Please see insert for information about ages 4 through 6

WE ARE A NUT

FREE CAMP Please do not send your children in with any type

of nut product. That would include

sandwiches, candy, crackers and so forth.

Lunch & 2 Snacks Included! Salad Pasta with Sauce Pizza BBQ Day Tacos (Hot dogs, Hamburgers) Chicken Nuggets Breakfast for lunch! Snacks: Cereal, Nutrigrain bar, pretzels, popsicles, fruit snacks, goldfish, water ice, Apple sauce, Fruit, and more!

FRIDAY IS BBQ DAY! Two lunch options will be provided every

day. Orders are taken every morning during the squad huddles.

a mix of college students and teachers.

Counselors have CPR/First Aid, all clearances and

background checks.
