2. The Workbook

2.1 Why making links with CALD communities is good for business OneofthemosteffectivestrategiesforengagingwithmanyCALDcommunitiesisthroughnetworking.Networkingisaboutestablishingrelationshipsandbuildingallianceswithindividuals,groupsandorganisationstoshareinformation,skillsandresources,andundertakingactivitiesthatmaybeofmutualbenefit.

Networkingisakeystrategyforincreasingtheparticipationofpeoplewithdisabilityfromculturallyandlinguisticallydiversebackgroundsandtheirfamiliesinyourservicesandprograms.

2.2 Benefits of networking Networkingwithyourcommunitiesprovidesmanybenefitsandopportunitiesincluding:
