Talk for at least 10 minutes (7-Core students) or 15 minutes (5-Core students) on any topic (except on any sensitive topics related to religion, politics, race, etc.). You may refer to a palm-sized note once in a while talking. But if youre found to be reading than speaking, you need to re-do your SC.
