Babysitting vs. Child CareAny individual who lives in family housing and cares for a child or children more than 10 hours per week on a regular basis must be licensed in accordance with AFI 34-144, Family Child Care Program. Operation of a Family Child Care home in base housing is authorized only after the individual has been approved and licensed by the 354th Mission Support Group Commander. The Family Child Care office provides the materials and training needed to become a licensed, approved Family Child Care home. For more information on becoming an FCC provider, please call 377-3635.
