This agreement is made upon the express condition that the Greer Family Fest its agents and employees shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for or by reason of any injury, or death to any person or property of the Vendor, its agents or employees, or third parties, from any cause or causes whatsoever while in or upon said prem-ises or any part thereof during the term of this festival or occasioned by any occupancy or use of said premises or any activity carried on by the Vendor in connection herewith, and the Vendor hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the Greer Family Fest its agents and employees from all liabilities, charges, expenses and costs on account of or by reason of any such injuries, deaths, liabilities, claims, suits or losses however occurring or damages growing out of the same.

We suggest battery operated lighting.• Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, display units, extension cords, and light-ing. • Please enclose a check for your Entry Fee with application. This check will only be deposited only upon acceptance into the festival. Check for applicants that are not accepted will be voided immediately.
Exhibitors must comply with all state and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws and regulations concerning taxation, health, safety, labor, employment and licensing laws.
All exhibits must remain totally intact and operational until the festival closes on Saturday at 10:00pm
RAIN DATE/REFUNDThere is no rain date for the Greer Station Oktoberfest and no refunds.
WITHDRAWALOnce you have been selected to participate in the festival and your acceptance letter mailed, your entry fee is non-refundable.
SALESVendors will retain all revenue from sales, and are responsible for all currency-related issues.
CLEAN UPEach Vendor is responsible for his own exhibit area at the end of each day. Vendors are asked to main-tain their booth space clean and free of rubbish. Trash containers are available to dispose of trash.
BOOTH ITEMS LIABILITYItems brought on site are done so at the sole risk of the Vendor. Greer Station Oktoberfest is not respon-sible for any loss, damage, or destruction of personal property, equipment, and/or valuables. It is recom-mended that Vendors remove any valuable items from the booth at the end of each day. Greer Station Oktoberfest will have standard on-site security, but is not responsible for security at each vendor loca-tion.
TAXESVendors are responsible for complying with local and state tax regulations.

General Information and Guidelines for Art VendorsABOUT GREER FAMILY FESTThe Greer Family Fest is a festival conceived by the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce and the City of Greer. With a rich history of providing family fun for all ages, the annual Greer Family Fest promises to be better than ever this year, the 36th anniversary of the event. Greer is growing, and Greer Family Fest planners have an expanded vision for a spectacular event that reflects the growth Greer is achieving. This year’s event will feature the best of the old and add exciting new activities with the goal of being the Upstate’s favorite family festival. This two-day event features live music on the Main Stage, Creation Station, KidsZone Rides & Amusements, Food Court, and over 100 vendors throughout the festival!
GENERAL INFORMATIONThe Greer Family Fest is operated in accordance with the statutes of the City of Greer. To follow are many important terms and conditions governing the leasing of facilities for exhibiting at the Family Fest. Please let us know if you have any questions once you have read over the materials
