THOMPSON HOTELLocated at Buckhead Avenue and East Paces Ferry Road, the Thompson Hotel will replace the existing State Bank to bring a 10-story, 200-room boutique hotel to the growing Buckhead dinning and entertainment hub. The hotel will feature a rooftop pool, ground-floor restaurant, a ballroom, and an outdoor patio. The hotel will share parking with 371 East Paces Ferry.
THE CHARLESIn Summer 2019, The Charles will deliver 57 condominium units to Buckhead Village just half a mile from 371 East Paces Ferry. The Charles sales center opened in 4Q16 and has presold 60% of the project one year prior to opening. The 18-story tower offers units averaging 2,900 square feet and will sit atop 30,000 square feet of ground-level retail and a three-level parking deck. Units start at $1.3 million and go up to $3.9 million, averaging a $714 per square foot sale price.
PHIPPS PLAZA EXPANSIONPhipps Plaza is set it undergo a major expansion converting the shopping center into a mixed-used development, headlined by the new Nobu Hotel and restaurant. In addition to Nobu, the expansion will bring a 90,000 square-foot Life Time Fitness center, a 12-story Class A office building, and a three-story parking garage. The project is currently underway with a phased opening beginning in spring 2020.
HANOVER BUCKHEAD VILLAGELocated next to the historic Buckhead Theater, just 0.5 miles from 371 East Paces, Hanover Buckhead Village delivered 353 luxury apartment units to one of the choicest neighborhoods in Atlanta Summer 2018. The community features 399 apartment units and 21,000 square feet of ground floor restaurant and retail. The property will feature two pools, a rooftop dog park, pet spa, demonstration kitchen, loaner bike program, and a club-quality 24-hour fitness studio. Units begin at $2,050 for studio floorplans, $1,590 for 1-bedroom, $2,750 for two-bedroom, and $4,345 for 3-bedroom options. Preleasing began November 2018 for January 2019 move-ins.
