The Office of the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council (LRGVDC) located at 301 West Railroad, Weslaco, Texas 78596 is accepting Sealed Proposals for:
AUDIT SERVICES
Specifications may be viewed and/or downloaded from the Procurement page on the LRGVDC website: http://www.lrgvdc.org/procurement.html
Sealed proposals will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. Monday, November 8th, 2021 in the LRGVDC office. Sealed proposals must be addressed to Mr. Armando Perez Jr., Assistant Director of Business Operations and delivered to the address above. The envelope must be clearly marked “RFQ for Audit Services”. Proposals opening will be held Tuesday, November 9th, 2021 location to be determined. Award will not be made at the opening, but after further consideration. Respondents should submit the proposals on the complete package. Partial responses will not be accepted. Proposals must mirror the published specifications. If you have any questions regarding the specifications, please email the questions to [email protected].
The LRGVDC reserves the right to refuse and reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all formalities or technicalities and to accept the proposal considered to be the best and most advantageous to the LRGVDC. Proposals submitted past the date and time mentioned above or faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals may not be altered or amended after the submission deadline. If no proposal is accepted, the entire solicitation process may be repeated.
