Confocal microscopy is a non-invasive imaging modality that visualizes skin lesions with cellular resolution resolution both in vivo and ex vivo. This course is tailored for both novice and intermediate confocal users that will focus on basics such as nomenclature and diagnosis to more advanced topics such as cutaneous cancer margin mapping and integrating confocal into your workflow.

The target audience includes clinical and non clinical practitioners, dermatologists, dermatologic surgeons, pathologists and researchers. For this course, we have assembled a renowned, national and international, expert faculty.

Program Highlights:• Basics: Fundamentals of reflectance confocal microscopy,

terminology and diagnostic features for neoplastic lesions

• Demonstration on in vivo and ex vivo device

• Practical aspect of integrating RCM in the clinical, pathologic and dermatological surgery workflow (case-based)

• Updates on billing codes, signing-out reports

• Fun and interactive quizzes to test your knowledge

• Ex vivo confocal microscopy in dermatology (New Addition!)

After the immense success of our first two courses,

we are excited to be back with our 3rd Annual Basic Course in Reflectance Confocal Microscopy (RCM), which will now take

place as a new live virtual experience.

New Live Virtual ExperienceWe are excited to announce that this course will now be delivered as a virtual experience. By registering for the live virtual course, you will be

able to view presentations, hear live audio, and interact online.
