The Fluidtronic reference forging press

Modern open-die forging plantsconsisting of the forging press andone or two rail-bound manipulatorsare highly dynamic productionplants.

Apart from the pure productionspeed, the main focus today is onthe achievement of minimum forgingtolerances and a consistently highlevel of quality.

Furthermore, the logging of theproduction process and possibledeviations from the specifications isdemanded, in particular for productsfor energy engineering and for theaircraft and aerospace industries.
