FACULTY OF CIVIL & ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERINNG

1. The Chairperson’s Opening Address

Izuan bin Musa said thanks to all members because attend the first meeting. The meeting began

with a briefing on the purpose of the meeting, which is the progression of project report.

2. Confirmation of Minutes Meeting

This is the third meeting for our group. Hence, the leader needs cooperation from all members to

achieve the purpose of third meeting. The minutes will be handle and prepared by Meirilynna

Kueh Cheing Ling.

3. Matter Arrising

First Agenda Item:

The meeting is started with Izuan revised back our agenda from last meeting and also to remind

all members to be well prepared for the report because the due date is neared.

Second Agenda Item:

Izuan asked the progression of report to each members. Jessica and Meirilynna reported their part

in report already completed and they both questioned who is responsible for compile. Riezhuan

volunteered to compile the report and Izuan agreed. Yasin reported that he almost done with his

part of report. Izuan satisfied with the progression reported by all members.

Third Agenda Item:

Before Izuan ended the meeting, Izuan encourage members to convey their problem regarding our

project in any way available. Last but not least, Izuan required all members to submit their parts

of project report on one date which he will decide later on.

4. Date and time of next meeting

Izuan had summarized the overall of the meeting and thanked to all groups for their cooperation

and contribution. The meeting adjourned at 4.00 pm .
