Nichole and Jason Moon were united in marriage on Aug. 30, 2008 with a beachfront wedding at the Hilton Hotel at West Palm Beach, Fla.
The couple’s parents are Gary and Anne Klatt of Chaska, and Larry and Maria Earl of Atlanta, Ga.
Nichole, a graduate of Chas-ka High School, is a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia in immunology and molecular pathogenesis. Jason is an as-sistant golf professional at the Ace Club of Philadelphia.

Junior Sarah Johnson of Chaska sings Alto I in the Chapel Choir. Johnson is a Holy Family Catholic High School graduate and is majoring in biology and chemistry.
Senior Katie Knutson of Chaska sings Soprano II in Cha-pel Choir. She is a Chaska High School graduate majoring gin art history and English.
First-year student Marin Werdahl of Chaska sings So-prano I in the Manitou Singers. Werdahl is a Chaska High School graduate majoring in music.
Adam Baker, a Chaska High School graduate, participated in the University of St. Thomas’ 21st annual Christmas Concert on Dec. 7 in Orchestra Hall as a member of the choir.
Luther College freshman
Mikaela Belland, of Chaska, is a member of the 2008-09 Luther College Aurora choral ensem-ble. Belland also participated in the “New Student Immersion Program,” which involved a Boundary Waters canoe trip. Belland, the daughter of Pat and Tonsha Belland of Chaska. She is majoring in Spanish and communication studies at Lu-ther, in Decorah, Iowa.
Three St. Cloud State Univer-sity students - travel and tour-ism majors - are interning for the year on the Dutch Island of St. Maarten in the Caribbean. They’re crew members on rac-ing sail yachts - Dennis Conner’s America’s Cup-winning Stars & Stripes, Canada II and True North. Participants include senior Kyle Farrington, son of Jim and Helen Farrington of Chaska.
Luther College senior Phil Livers, of Chaska, sings tenor in the 2008-09 Luther College Collegiate Chorale. Livers, the son of John and Linda Livers of Chaska, is a 2005 graduate of Chaska High School. He is ma-joring in psychology at Luther.

Asselstine is the son of James and Kay Asselstine of Eden Prairie. He attended Hopkins High School and is employed at OHV Motors.

The boy weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
Grandparents are Dave and Renee Stuber (and the late John Kalkes) of Carver, and Mark and Randee Lindahl of South Carolina. Great-grandparents are Ken and Elaine Kalkes of Chaska and Joanne and Mar-tin Peters of Texas. Paternal great-grandparents are Tom and Kathy Bruek of Carver and Cliff and Diane Samson of Shakopee.

The couple honeymooned in Cabo San Lucas and is residing Carol Stream, Ill.
