This section of Rathdowne Street has typically tight setbacks with garden beds and porches over front doors

Subject site is in the Edwardian style with a transverse Queen Anne roof, obscuring the rear roof pitch and lower roofing further back into site

The existing dwelling and shed on site are built to boundaries on both side boundaries
