A2: Establishing ICT Indicators in each of the priority areas The ICT indicators presented here are adapted from the ICT Core Indicators developed by Partnership on Measuring ICT Development of the United Nations. The core list contains four sets of indicators: (i) ICT infrastructure and access (ii) access to, and use of, ICT by households and individuals (iii) use of ICT by businesses and (iv) ICT sector and trade in ICT goods. In this part rank when considering the situation in Tanzania according to their suitability using the following Likert Scale: 1: Strongly Agree 2: Agree 3: Not Sure 4: Disagree 5: Strongly Disagree. Table 2 gives the suggested ICT indicators on each priority area in the National ICT Policy.
