BSC Counters: Handover Measurement

1 BSC Counters: Handover MeasurementThe handover measurement registers information concerning the number ofhandovers (HO) controlled by the Mobile Switching Centre (MSC) or the BaseStation Controller (BSC). The recorded items of data comprise the number of theincoming, outgoing, or intra-cell HOs, and the number of successful andunsuccessful attempts, seizures, and HOs. The HOs are sorted according todirection, where appropriate. This measurement type collects one set of results foreach cell. Signalling charts are drawn with the accuracy of message interface.
