As a dust control agent, our calcium chloride-based brine is an economical, effective and safe alternative to expensive processed and manufactured chlorides. Because the brine is calcium chloride based, it has the ability to draw and retain moisture from the environ-ment and resist evaporation. This helps to bind the gravel fines and reduce the dust, improving air quality, reducing crop damage, preserving road surfaces and reducing gravel loss. There is also a savings in labor, equipment and fuel costs due to less frequent grading needs.
