WHO WOULD BE THE AUDIENCE FOR YOUR

MEDIA PRODUCTION?

Before we made our production we had to establish who our audience was and what would appeal to them.One thing we did do to this was create a survey using survey monkey. Using various websites to get people to take the said survey, such as twitter and Facebook.

We asked a series of questions relating to our chosen genre of film and compiled to results to help identify who mu audience was.

In the results my questionnaire was taken by a larger percentage of women in between the ages of 15 and 24.

this gave me the idea that thriller films are more attractive to a younger generation.

This questionnaire helped me with ideas on how to make my media production seem more striking to my target audience for example making the victim of my piece a

female character however when it came to the sex of my villain I was given mixed reviews so I made them a hooded

figure to take away the idea of the gender.
