TOURNAMENT RULES:

1. Players will start with the following in tournament chips for each

event respectively: 10,000 ($150 Buy-In), 12,000 ($250 Buy-In),

15,000 ($350 Buy-In), & 20,000 ($560 Buy-In).

2. Each tournament is its own separate event and will paid out

as such. Guarantees on all 4 events accumulate to a total of

$1,000,000.

3. On-Site Registration and unlimited Re-Entries are available until

the start of Level 9 for each starting flight.

4. If a player entered into any starting flight has been eliminated

from tournament, player may Re-Enter the flight within the

registration period or register for subsequent starting flight(s).

No Refunds.

5. Players may not bag and play a subsequent flight. Players

may forfeit their stack to re-enter or participate in subsequent

starting flight. Any player caught playing a subsequent flight

without forfeiter notification will be disqualified.

6. Alternates and late sign-ups will enter the tournament with a

full chip stack and no obligation from it.

7. Day 1 levels will last 30 minutes for each event. Day 2 Levels for

the $150 & $250 will last 30 minutes. Day 2 Levels for the $350

& $560 will last 40 minutes. The escalator concept applies to the

rise in price point and guarantees and has no representation to

the structure of the events.

8. Day 1 will end after Level 14 or at Tournament Director’s

discretion. Day 2 will play until conclusion or 3AM. If one

table remains at 3AM, players will have the option to play to a

conclusion if all remaining players agree. If not completed, play

will resume at 2PM the following day.

9. Redraw will occur at the end of Day 1 and at 27 and 10 players or

at Tournament Director’s discretion.

10. Tournament Director’s decisions are final and without recourse.

11. 3 events are two-day tournaments with six starting flights. The

$250 Event will have seven starting flights.

12. Management reserves the right to alter, change, or cancel this

tournament. Management will not be held responsible in the

event of typographical errors or misinformation on the website

or printed material pertaining to this event, and players will have

no claim in these matters.

13. Any unauthorized chips introduced into tournament play will

be immediately removed upon detection without substitution.

Any parties determined to be responsible for the introduction

of said chips will be disqualified without refund. It’s each and

every player’s responsibility to bring to management’s attention

unusual chips, circumstances, or irregularities.

14. Seating may be limited for this event.

15. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be

subject to withholding.

16. Tournament tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

17. Prize Pool and staffing fee breakdowns for the events are as

follows: $150 Event: $120 will go into the prize pool. $20 is the

registration fee. $10 will go towards the staff toke pool. $250

Event: $210 will go into the prize pool. $25 is the registration

fee. $15 will go towards the staff toke pool. $300 will go into

the prize pool. $35 is the registration fee. $15 will go towards

the staff toke pool. $500 will go into the prize pool. $40 is the

registration fee. $20 will go towards the staff toke pool.

18. Players making the final table of the first three events will receive

a ticket to the following week’s event earliest flight. Tickets will

be derived from the prize fund and included in the guarantee.

Winners of each event, will receive an ADDED $3,500 seat to the

Seminole Hard Rock WPT Showdown NLH Championship Event

on Day 1A.

19. Tournament seats are non-transferable, non-refundable and

cannot be redeemed for cash value.

20. Tournament #1 ($150 Buy-In/$100K GTD) will use Pay Chart 6%.

The other 3 events will use Pay Chart A.
