We write to you in reference to a sum of Rs. 73340/- (Rs. Seventy Three Thousand Three Hundred Forty Only),

which is due and payable by you to J.P. Morgan Services India Private Limited, subsequent to your cessation of

employment with JPMSIPL on July 3, 2015. For your ease of reference, we enclose a copy of the Final Pay Advice

slip which outlines the amounts owed.

As you are aware, even upon Cessation, you continue to remain in full obligation for payment of the Dues to

JPMSIPL.

Demand is hereby made by JPMSIPL, for payment in full, of the Dues, which must be received by JPMSIPL by a

Cheque/Payorder in the name of “J.P. Morgan Services India Private Limited - Payroll Services” at the

following address - GSC Offboarding Team, Prism Towers, Tenth Floor, A Wing, Link Road, Mindspace,

Goregaon (West), Mumbai - 400104, within the next 10 (Ten) days of receipt of this Letter by you, failing which, a

suit for recovery of the amount due with interest and costs, without any further reference, will be filed against you.

Please ignore this letter if you have already made the payment and collect your clearance letter from us.
