Your Instructors
SOLO (Stonehearth Open Learning
Opportunities) is a nationally
recognized training school for
wilderness and emergency medicine.
Courses are taught in a highly
practical and experiential manner and
emphasize improvisation and the
application of good judgment.
Certifications are good for three years
and are recognized by the other major
wilderness training providers including
WMI and WMA.
The classrooms at Earlham are
comfortable and well outfitted. Access
to “back campus”- a wooded area
with hiking trails provides an excellent
location for practicums and
simulations.
