deliver value for our clients. Our structure is based on skills groups which will each be led by an

Executive Manager. We aim to be an agile grouping of specialised teams.

We are a professional services provider, advisory and construction company with a social interest.

We provide three key services: Asset Management, Electrical and Civil Services and Project

Management Advisory.

4.3. Quality Policy & Objectives

Our quality policy is that our services will comply with the level of professionalism stipulated by the

Engineering Council of South Africa and its affiliated Voluntary Organisations such as the South

African Institute of Industrial Engineers (SAIIE). We are developing our internal quality assurance and

control systems based on ISO 9001.

4.4. Business Model

Our model is based on delivering a service to the client where they are located. We combine office,

site and workshop type of activities. If situation dictates, we are able to set up a workstation in the

premises of our client. Our test equipment fits in the car boot and requires a security locked office to

store, should it be necessary.

6.1. Electrical Services

Estimating, designing, construction, testing and commissioning of electrical panels.

Installation and maintenance of earthing and lightning protection systems.

Drawing, construction and designing of Cable routes and racking.

Process equipment selection: drives, controllers etc.

Power distribution systems condition monitoring: e.g. thermography for MCCs.

Certificates of Compliance (CoCs) including Hazardous Locations.

Conduct network load flow analysis using DIgSILENT Industrial Computerised Package- The

planning, design, and operation of a power system require continual and comprehensive analysis

to evaluate current system performance and to ascertain the effectiveness of alternative plans for

system expansion.

Plan and rollout , Conditional , Preventative and Corrective maintenance plan for Electrical

services , such as Transformers , Ring Main Units , Generators , UPS’s , 11kV Circuit breakers

and 400V Distribution panels using a selected or preferred industrial software , so to ensure 100%

up time of the electrical assets.

Supply and service backup generators, online and inline Uninterruptable Power Supplies

according to customer needs or specifications, this is to ensure continuity of supply for all the

essential building services.

Provide backup supply to traffic lights and street lights, including servicing and repairs of street

lights, photo cells and bypass switches.

Draw up call out step by step procedures / escalation call out procedure and maintenance

procedures.

Distributed Control Systems, SCADA and PLC systems design, installation, commissioning

Process and substation automations solutions

Field instrumentation selection, sizing, installation and commissioning: control valves, flow meters

etc.

Malipale was born in 1983 , he completed his matric in 2002 and registered with the Cape Peninsula University Of Technology in pursuit of a National Diploma (NQF06) in Electrical Engineering , and he completed his diploma in June 2008. He then completed his B Tech (NQF07) in Electrical Engineering at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (Cape Town Campus). He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Engineering Technician and he is studying towards his Post Graduate Diploma (NQF09) in Engineering Management at the University of Cape Town.

Moses. S. Malipale have been involved in writing and presenting of IEEE conference papers, for network load flow and harmonic analysis using DIgSILENT, ERACS and superHarm, Investigation of power quality challenges at the Paardelvei substation, using relevant MV standards, such as NRS 048-2:2007- Voltage characteristics, compatibility levels, limits and assessment methods and IEEE Std. 519-1992, IEEE Recommended Practices and Requirements for Harmonic Control in Electrical Power Systems.

He has more than 7 years of experience in designing , building and refurbishment of distribution boards , control panels and mimic panels , managing , planning / scheduling routine inspection , maintenance and service in 132kV substations , 66kV substations , 33,kV , 22kV , 11kV , 400V and 230V feeders and assets, this include generators , UPS’s , Mini Substations , RMU’s and transformers, his experience include conducting research , testing and development in outdoor insulation material from 132kV up to 11kV and writing research reports. Further to his experience he has been heavily involved in writing quality manuals according to ISO/IEC 17025:2005(E), General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories and ISO 9001 Quality management system.

Risk and Technical Safety Services Mr Caleb Mabasa

Elec Trade Test (Olifantfontein) Wireman’s Licence

Caleb Mabasa completed his Matric in 1997 and started his career at Johannesburg Technical College in 1998 studying Electrical Engineering Heavy Current. He then joined New Tech Engineering as Trainee Field Service Electrician in 2001. He resigned in 2005 after qualifying to be a Trade Tested Installation Electrician. He then joined Ayos Foods in 2006 and was involved in day to day running of the maintenance department as a Factory Maintenance Electrician.

He then started his own business in 2006 that did maintenance and repairs in Hospitals, Schools and Government Complexes in and around Limpopo.

In 2007 he joined Nedan Oil mills as a Production Electrician and gained hands on experience in Automation Systems, PLC, VSD, MCC, Steam Boilers, Crushers, Roller Mills, Conveyers, Pumps, Industrial Air Compressors and Pneumatic Systems.

In 2008 he joined Johannesburg Market as an Electrician and Maintenance Manager Assistant where he was involved in Facility and Plant Maintenance Management.

In 2011 he joined South African Breweries as a Process Electrician in the Utilities side of the plant where he was involved in running and maintaining the Utilities plant equipment. These included HT MRU, Transformers, HT-MV switchgears, NH3 Refrigeration Plant, Chiller Plant, Air Compressors, CO2 Plant, Steam Boilers, Standby Generators, MCC, Pumps, VSD, Soft Starters, Pneumatic Systems, PLC and Automation systems. He went on to complete SANS 10142 Wireman’s Licence to in 2013 to be able to inspect, certify single and 3phase electrical installations.

He has more than 13 years of experience in the electrical, mechanical and build engineering sector and is involved in variety of electrical projects ranging from Electrical System Construction, Maintenance, Testing and Commissioning.

Financial Coordinator Ms Minikazi Matutu B Com Economics

Minikazi Matutu was born in 1984; she completed her matric in 2002, and studied towards a degree in Bachelor of through UNISA. She completed her degree in 2006 and is now studying towards her Postgrad Diploma in Management. Minikazi Matutu has a total of five years’ experience in the financial/economic industry. She has assumed the role of team leader and project manager in a couple of projects. She is currently a business Analyst at a very prestigious Company – Anglo American. Minikazi Matutu has various other skills such as problem solving, team work, paying attention to detail, taking initiative; Above all she has a genuine desire to work in this industry.

Civil Engineering Projects Mr Khwezi Mahlungulu BTech Civil Engineering

Khwezi is a qualified Civil Technologist who studied Civil Engineering at Cape Peninsula University of Technology before working for consulting engineers and civil contractors. Khwezi completed civil engineering National Diploma and B-Tech degree in 2008 and 2011 respectively. He is an ECSA registered Candidate Civil Technologist with total of 5 years’ experience in engineering, construction and project management. Khwezi has been mainly involved in construction management and has done a bit of design and design review work. He has been involved in structural, roads, water and waste water treatment plant construction work. His structural experience includes 2 years of Wind Farm construction for round one project in South Africa. Khwezi is currently working towards obtaining his professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
