She then joined Hatchas a specialist in Environmental engineering. During the past 25 years,she worked in process engineering, pollution control, project manage-ment and environmental engineering. Marie-Christine has demon-strated particular abilities in establishing with the clients the projectneeds and scope, in staging the projects definition, in planning andmanaging the projects activities, and in incorporating project conceptsinto design details from preliminary phases of R&D and engineering toimplementation of projects. She has led the Process Engineering Practice in Montreal from 2000 to 2006, and the Gas Handling Technol-ogy practice in Australia from 2006 to 2009.
