THE VERSATILE LINE OF FOUR-WHEEL DRIVES HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TO ENHANCE THE PROFITABILITY OF LARGE-SCALE AGRICULTURAL OPERATIONS. IMPROVED STANDARD CAB OFFERINGThe new Versatile four-wheel drives offer the largest cab in the industry. The cab interior is 20% larger than previous models and offers 7.98 sq. m (85.9 sq. ft.) of window glass an increase of 14% from previous models. The new cab and hood design also increase forward visibility by 35% over the last generation. Addi-tional standard cab features include; a front and rear intermittent wiper/washer system, front and rear sun visors, four 12-volt outlets, four cup holders, and multi-directional vents.

DELUXE CABThe new Deluxe Cab is a high-end full-featured cab that provides the operator with every imaginable comfort for long working days. A semi-active air-ride suspension seat and the training seat are both standard in this configuration. In addition to the connec-tivity options available in the standard cab, the Deluxe Cab has a 5-volt integrated USB port. A subwoofer is also standard to improve sound quality in the cab.

CUMMINS ENGINEA Cummins QSX11.8 engine powers the 380 to 460 models. The 11.8L in-line six-cylinder turbocharged engine delivers superior performance using advanced combustion technol-ogy. Single fuel technology means less maintenance yet meets stringent emissions standards.

The high horsepower range of Versatile 4WD and DeltaTrack 520, 570, 610 tractors features a responsive QSX15 Cum-mins engine. The unmatched engine displacement and Cum-mins VGT (Variable Geometry Turbo) help produce excellent torque response and pulling power. The DeltaTrack uses iT4 Cummins EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) engine technology.

ELECTRO-HYDRAULICSOptional electro-hydraulics, available on all models, are ergo-nomically designed for both comfort and convenience. Fin-ger-tip controls manage the hydraulic functions and hydraulic flow is increased and decreased using the EHR monitor.

TRANSMISSIONThe entire line of Versatile four-wheel drive tractors now feature 16 x 4 CAT® powershift transmissions. The Ver-satile 380 to 460 feature the TM78. The smooth shifting dependable CAT® transmissions offer 40 km/h (25 mph) road speeds and a large selection of working range gears for every application. Both transmissions are programmable for auto-shifting and speed matching.

The DeltaTrack uses the heavy-duty CAT® TA22 power-shift transmission. 16 forward and four reverse gears shift seamlessly under load to create a more comfortable oper-ating environment. A large selection of working gears is available to match almost any application. The TA22 is fully programmable for autoshift and speed matching. Capable of road speeds up to 35 km/h (22 mph), the DeltaTrack moves between fields efficiently.

UNDERCARRIAGE SYSTEM Developed in partnership with Camoplast, the DeltaTrack is the most advanced under-carriage in the industry and was designed for longevity of the system and extended track life. The DeltaTrack offers superior torque transfer and excellent serviceability.

UNDERCARRIAGE MOUNTING The DeltaTrack has an integrated axle mounting system and reinforced connection to the frame of the tractor. The frame absorbs stress from each track to increase track system life and reduce maintenance requirements.

WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION The steel saddle fuel tanks on the DeltaTrack are positioned to maintain an even 50/50 weight distribution left to right and front to back regardless of fuel level. A crossover tube carries fuel from side to side to maintain even fuel distribution. The tanks are mounted as to not affect the front to rear weight ratio.

VERSATILE OUTBOARD PLANETARY The DeltaTrack drivetrain maintains the Versatile outboard planetary system. The out-board planetaries drives power directly above the bogies to maintain equal torque to each track unit. This minimizes the impact of power transfer being disrupted while turning and reduces torque loss, making it easier to turn sharply with large implements and heavy loads.

TRACK SYSTEM

The DeltaTrack uses a positive drive system to reduced wear, friction and heat. Track slippage is eliminated by interlocking track lugs into the drive wheel. The DeltaTrack keeps 6.5 to 7 lugs engaged with the drive wheel at all times to eliminate slippage between the track and drive wheel. The DeltaTrack uses the largest drive lugs (8-1/2") in the industry to maximize operating life.

DRIVE SPROCKET

A large 80.7° single piece cast drive sprocket provides a larger wrap angle than competitive track units to help increase track life.

MIDROLLERS

The large midrollers on the DeltaTrack system are not directly inline with axle or drive system components to improve the ride and service life of the tractor. Polyure-thane coating dramatically reduces midroller wear and maintenance requirements compared to competitive rubber midrollers.

IDLER WHEELS

The large idler wheels used on the DeltaTrack improve the approach angle to reduce the risk of “submarining” in muddy conditions. The large idler wheels and track angle help reduce the tracks horsepower requirements.
