1. Use polite language. It’s easy to say, “Would you mind” or “Could you do me a favor?”

2. Remember names. A little effort goes a long way.

3. Make people feel significant. Everyone is noteworthy if you treat them that way.

4. Treat strangers like friends. Fast track a relationship showing familiarity to a new friend.

5.Give sincere compliments. You like hearing them.Why not give one?

6. Show interest. People turn away when they’re not engaged.

7. Be interesting. Give your companions a reason to pay attention to you.

8. Give high expectations. Have goals already set. People will live up to them.

9. Be honest and keep eye contact. Let everyone know you’re a straight shooter.

10. Don’t argue. Ever. Have you ever heard, “a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still?” Arguing is fruitless and should be avoided.
