heel one wears or is it the latest trend in the market! Well, a perfect foot wear is the one that makes your feet feel comfortable while walking. It shouldn’t be too lose nor too tight. You can check the size of your foot before buying a foot wear and avoid unnecessary foot pains.

2. KNOW YOUR FOOT TYPE:  Do you know that everyone’s foot are different. The

difference we’re speaking about here is not in the context of size, but in the context of foot type. The best person to meet when concerned with foot related concerns is a podiatrist! A podiatrist is a specialist in feet and will educate you of the various ways you can be free from feet pertinent problems. Some people have flat feet while some have high arched feet. Sometimes, you r right foot might be larger than your left foot and vice versa. Get your feet checked from a podiatrist and then accordingly use a foot wear.
