What is ‘Emotional Intelligence’?The capability of individuals to:
1. Recognize their own emotions and those of others;
2. Discern between different feelings and label them
appropriately;
3. Use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior;
4. Manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or
achieve one's goal(s).

Miscellaneous PM Tips...
● Before asking a designer or developer to build something, explain why it’s
important to the business.
● Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc… are all theories with advantages and
disadvantages. Work with your teams to find out what works best for your
company, your products and your team’s preferred ways of working.
● Tools don’t solve process problems, they can only help solve them. Snagit and
Bugzilla are my personal go to PM tools.
● When doing QA aim for ‘constructive destruction’.
● Never push on a Friday.
