Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Ms. Murphy:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samples collected the weekof 3/12/91.
All samples vere analyzed using EPA Method 601 for Purgeable Halocarbons. TheQA/QC data for the analyses are listed in TABLE II. TABLE II contains date ofanalysis, % surrogate recovery, matrix spike sample data and duplicates (RPDbased on TCE).
The % surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 82. 2# to llU.£. Samplesused for the spiked recoveries are noted. A VOC QC sample was analyzed for T.CE withan average recovery of 96. 2#. The samples listed below were confirmed using asecond column (Porisil-C coated with n-octane):
- U80I- 1*831- U86I- 1*891- 1*961- 1*981-5051
At least two instrument blank runs were analyzed daily and no halocarbons weredetected above detection limits in TABLE III.
The detection limits for the purgeable halocarbons are listed in TABLE III.

Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Mr. Banipal:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samples collected theweek of November 26, 1990.
All the samples were analyzed using EPA Method 601 for Purgeable Halocarbons. The QA/QC data for the analyses are listed in TABLE II. TABLE II contains dateof analysis, % surrogate recovery, matrix spike sample data and duplicates (RPDbased on TCE).
The % surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 78.0$ to Il8.#. Samplesused for the spiked recoveries are noted. A VOC QC sample was analyzed for TCE,with an average recovery of 96.6$.
The detection limits for the purgeable halocarbons are listed in TABLE III.
Also enclosed for your inspection are the chain of custody records and ourinternal laboratory results.
Please call me if you require additional information concerning these results.

Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Mr. Eanipal:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samples collected theweek of 1 August 1990.
All samples were analyzed using EPA Method 601 for Purgeable Halocarbons. TheQA/QC data for the analyses are listed in TABLE II. TABLE II contains date ofanalysis, % surrogate recovery, matrix spike sample data and duplicates (RPDbased on TCE),
The % surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 78.0J& to 1182. Samplesused for the spiked recoveries are noted. A VOC QC sample was analyzed for TCE,with an average recovery of 9J.k%.
The detection limits for the purgeable halocarbons are listed in TABLE III,
Also enclosed for your inspection are the chain of custody records and ourinternal laboratory results.
Please call me if you require additional information concerning these results.
Sincerely, /)

Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Mr. Matlock:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samples collected theweek of April 25, 1990.
All samples vere analyzed using EFA Method 601 for Purgeable Halocarbons. The QA/QC data for the analyses are listed in TABLE II. TABLE II containsdate of analysis, % surrogate recovery, matrix spike sample data andduplicates (RPD based on TCE).
*fL j j\ f A|
The % surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 84.2 toSamples used for the spiked recoveries are noted. A VOC QC sample wasanalyzed for TCE, with an average recovery of 97.8$.
The detection limits for the purgeable halocarbons are listed in TABLE III.
Also enclosed for your Inspection are the chain of custody records and ourinternal laboratory results.
Please call me if you require additional information concerning these results.
Sincerely,

Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Mr. Khona:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samples collectedthe week of 12/12/89.
All samples were analyzed using EPA Method 601 for Purgeable Halocarbons. The QA/QC data for the analyses are listed in TABLE IX. TABLE IX containsdate of analysis, % surrogate recovery, matrix spike sample data andduplicates(RPD based on TCE).
The % surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 80.1* to 118*Samples used for the spiked recoveries are noted. A VOC QC samplewas analyzed for TCE, with an average recovery of 95.2$.
The detection limits for the purgeable halocarbons are listed in TABLE III.
Also enclosed for your inspection are the chain of custody records and ourinternal laboratory results.
Please call me if you require additional information concerning these results.
Sincerely-

Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Mr. Matlock:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samplescollected the week of 7/17/89.
All samples were analyzed using EPA Method 601 for PurgeableHalocarbons. The QA/QC data for the analyses are listed inTABLE II. TABLE II contains date of analysis, % surrogaterecovery, matrix spike sample and duplicates.
% surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 79.0to 117. Samples used for the spiked recoveries are noted. AVOC QC sample was analyzed for TCE, with an average percentrecovery of 96.3.
The detection limits for the purgeable halocarbons are listedin TABLE III.
Also enclosed for your inspection are the EPA chain of custodyrecords and our internal laboratory results.
Please call me if you require additional information concerningthese results.
Sincerely,

Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Mr. Matlock:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samplescollected from 2/1/89 thru 2/16/89.
All samples were analyzed using EPA Method 601 for PurgeableHalocarbons. The QA/QC data for the analyses are listed inTABLE II. TABLE II contains date of analysis, * surrogaterecover , matrix spike sample and duplicates.
The * surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 80. Uto 118. Samples used for the spiked recoveries are noted. AVOC QC sample was analyzed for TCE, with an average percentrecovery of 99-9.
The detection limits for the purgeable halocarbons are listedin TABLE III.
Also enclosed for your inspection are the EPA chain of custodyrecords and our internal laboratory results.
Please call me if you require additional information concerningthese results.
Sincerely,
Michael L.KLusaritzLaboratory DirectorHESS ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORIES

Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Mr. Matlock:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samplescollected from 3/ll*/89.
Both samples were analyzed using EPA Method 601 for PurgeableHalocarbons. The QA/QC data for the analyses are listed inTABLE II. TABLE II contains date of analysis, % surrogaterecovery, matrix spike sample and duplicate.
The % surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 86.3to 106. Samples used for the spiked recoveries are noted. AVOC QC sample was analyzed for TCE, with a percent recovery of103.
The detection limits for the purgeable halocarbons are listedin TABLE III.
Also enclosed for your inspection are the EPA chain of custodyrecords and our internal laboratory results.

Re: North Road Sample Results
Dear Mr. Khona:
Listed in TABLE I are the results from the North Road samplescollected from 3/21/88 thru 3/23/88.
All samples were analyzed using EPA Method 601 for PurgeableHalocarbons. . The QA/QC data for the analyses are listed inTABLE II. TABLE II contains date of analysis, % surrogaterecovery, matrix spike sample and duplicates.
The % surrogate recovery for reported results ranges from 72.6to 117.
Sincerely,
Michael L. KlusaritzLaboratory DirectorHESS ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORIES
