The breath is always with us so we can always find its calming rhythmic simplicity, if we practice, breathing properly from the abdomen, it originates the body and reduces anxiety so you become heather, it calms the mind, and increases lung capacity. There are no negatives to being aware of the breath and breathing properly.The body Breathes 20,000 times a day so we know its always there for us to give it a little attention and acknowledgement, which in return gives us inner calm or as I like to call it a home within, You can go to the breath whenever you want, nobody needs to know you are with YOUR BREATH!

Cycle of Behaviour ChangeWe all are trapped in a cycle of behaviour change. However when We become aware of the behaviour it is a lot easier to change:

Avoiding

Thinking

Preparing/planning

Starting

Keeping it going

Relapsed

Relapsed is just a thought or a feeling we have it , but we can just accept this and go on as apart of the practice, its just part of who we are, (it is not failure) we can just return to the practice!

We dont need to beat ourselves up or feel guilty about, anything

By becoming aware of our well practiced patterns, and being kind to ourselves it is easier to let go of the quilt and fear of failure .

Enabling us to keep practicing and moving forward, rather than slipping back into well practiced old ways old ways.

This is a time when reading your journal or remembering how you how far you have come, since you started this journey and how well you have felt.

We are very good at seeing what we have not achieved, but not good at seeing how fare we have come. (Negative Bias of the Brain, Fight and flight mode.)

THE BUS OF LIFEIf you imagine yourself as a bus a lot of people get on and off the bus as you go through your life. Friends, Family Work Colloquies ect all of theses get on and of the bus at will.

So imagine if there was something like Pain/anxiety that would never leave your bus where would you want them on your bus?

Some times we try too hard to keep it in a certain position leading to making it feel worse, so it is just a case of knowing where it is and being kind to ourselves.

Some times something happens to us which for a while stops us from moving forward. Yet again we have to realise. What fear guilt, grief, is there before we can work with it to move forward.
