Job Purpose
The post holder will be required to support the HR Assistant in all aspects of recruitment and general in-house housekeeping of staff compliance and annual checks.
To demonstrate professional behaviour, good team work and respect for candidate and employee confidentiality at all times working in accordance with company values and legislative requirements.
Roles and responsibilities
Ensure Authority to Recruit forms are completed prior to advertising any vacancies Advertise positions on company and various websites, and agencies where required,
within 24 hours Use social media (Facebook, instragram, LinkedIn etc) to generate interest in vacancies Screen CV’s Shortlisting candidates for Hiring Managers Sending out application forms Arranging interviews & test Carrying out interviews and assessments Gathering interview feedback from Hiring Managers Communicating information to and with internal teams to prepare offers Making offers and completing all necessary post-offer administration for referencing and
all associated pre-employment checks Providing Weekly Recruitment Update to HR Manager Supporting the team with preparing for inspections Sourcing CV’s for Various role Provide an efficient, effective and customer focused HR service which supports all
aspects of an employee’s relationship and engagement with the Company Coordinate and distribute all incoming internal and external correspondence with the HR
Department, including employee and manager queries via telephone and email. This will include managing the HR Team email inboxes, answering and escalating queries as appropriate in line with relevant service level agreements
Administer and coordinate tasks and processes as required to ensure effective delivery of HR services to the Company
Compliance with company policy, procedure, best practice and relevant employment legal framework

Update and monitor relevant HR tracking and HRIS systems ensuring all data on manual and computerised records is held in line with guidelines and is accurate and up to date
Chasing documents from candidates Ensure employees complete mandatory online training courses, chasing where
necessary and updating trackers Using HRIS system to run queries and reports and making appropriate actions HR housekeeping as appropriate and relevant to the role

Person Specification – HR Assistant
A I AS D1 Certificate in Personnel Practice Level 3
or equivalent ✓
2 Proven experience of working in a fast-paced HR team environment

3 Have up to date employment law knowledge and experience of HR policies and processes
✓
4 Experience of working with HRIS systems and trackers
✓ ✓
5 Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external customers across a range of projects and HR services to be delivered
✓ ✓
6 Ability to plan and prioritise effectively when carrying out multiple simultaneous HR services, with excellent attention to detail when working under pressure
✓ ✓
7 Be highly organised and proactive in managing and prioritising HR workload and the ability to multi-task

8 Excellent computer literacy skills - able to confidently use Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook etc)
