2. The foundation installment of machine (1). Be sure to keep machine in horizon while it is installed on unsmooth ground, especially keep height horizon on both left and right sides,Use horizontal meter if necessary for the accuracy in horizon. (2). The 4 pcs basement bolts which under the bottom of mahine should be fixed exactly on foot cushion while installing the machine, by this, it can prevent machine from vibration during extract, and avoid a badly damage to the machine,. (as figure B).

1. Transportation and installment of machine While transportation the machine, be sure to fix main construction supporting of machine and both left and right sides of outside cylinder by fix-plate and screws. (as figure A) Note: Make sure to remove the fix-plate after machine has been installed, otherwise, it will bring a badly damage to the machine while working.

After power turns on for

10 minutes, water still

hasn't reached the

predetermined water

level.

1. It doesn't include the

warm water valve

facility, but operator

sets up the temperature

for warm water level.

2. Water doesn't connect to

the washer supply.

3. The Y filter is blocked.

4. The drain valve is

blocked.

5. The drainpipe is broken.

1. Don't set the warm

water level.

2. Turn on the water.

3. Clean the filter. 4. Clean the valve.

5. Change the drainpipe.

Fault 03

After steam valve has

been turned on for 10

minutes, the temperat-

ure hasn't reached to

the predetermined

temperature.

1. Steam opener isn't

activated.

2. The boiler does not supply steam.
