The rack must be installed according to the design file, and the deviation

of installation position must fall into the design deviation scope The installation position of a cabling trough should not have a deviation

over 50mm.

The indoor cabling troughs and racks should be smooth and clean, without

any burr.

The power cable and ground cable terminals should be crimped firmly, and the springwashers should be pressed flat when crimping a bolt.

Use copper lugs according to the core diameters and bolt diameters. It is not allowed to

cut off partial core to suit a small copper lug or cut open a copper lug to suit a large bolt.

The copper lugs and the

bare part of connected

wire should be wrapped

tightly with insulating

tape or shrinkable tubes.

When insulating tape is

applied, its color should

conform to the color

When there are redundant crimping

positions on a power busbar and a

ground busbar, one bolt can only

crimp one terminal. When there are

inadequate crimping positions on a

power busbar and a ground busbar,one bolt can crimp two terminals at

most.

A flat washer and spring washer should be used to crimp a copper lug

bolt, and the spring washer should be placed between the flat washer

and the nut.
