Ford has been one of our clients since 2004. As one of the world’s best known and respected brands with a presence in almost every country, it was looking for an insurer that could operate and manage its Ford Approved Used Warranty programmes both in the UK and other countries including China and the US. Our financial security and experience and expertise in running this type of programme gave Ford the reassurance that QBE was the right partner.

Audi China is a brand synonymous with integrity and reliability and was looking for a partner that shared the same values and had local knowledge and presence in the Far East. With our long association of working in the Far East and China we provided Audi with a turnkey claims management solution, along with bespoke used vehicle warranty administration for all of its business partners.

The Good Sam Club is the world’s largest recreational vehicle organisation with more than 1.5 million members. Since its inception in 1966 it has prided itself on offering its members the very best in products and services. When it came to finding the very best in recreational vehicle warranty cover, it looked no further than QBE and our specialist skills and knowledge in this area.

Al-Futtaim is one of the largest importers and retailers of vehicles in the Middle East. The product propositions we offer are:

All of our warranties include unlimited mileage, day one cover, vehicle hire and hotel accommodation. In addition, to ensure the plans are as transparent as possible, there are no claims excess or betterment contribution clauses.

We offer three levels of cover - gold, silver and bronze - depending on the vehicle age and mileage.

Our warranty products also offer optional additions. Customers taking out a warranty can include a breakdown and home start package or multimedia cover if required.

As well as transparent and comprehensive cover, our products are supported by responsive customer service including our online claims facility. If any of your customers need to make a claim on our policy, this will be settled quickly and fairly. This benefits your customers but also helps you retain their loyalty.
