USO E MANUTENZIONE

1.0 PREMESSA

In questo manuale sono descritte le norme di sicurezza, di utilizzo e di manutenzione per il portone ad ante.Se le istruzioni contenute verranno seguite scrupolosamente, il prodotto funzionerà perfettamente in totale sicurezza.

2.0 NORME DI SICUREZZA GENERALI

• Non lasciare alla portata dei bambini i componenti dell’imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo espanso, cartone, lamierati vari), in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.

• Assicurarsi che i bambini non restino rinchiusi all’interno del garage qualora, oltre al portone, non esistano altre uscite (rischio d’intrappolamento).

• Non utilizzare il portone in modo difforme da quello indicato nel presente manuale. Un uso diverso é da considerarsi erroneo o irragionevole, per cui il Costruttore declina ogni responsabilità.

• Non utilizzare, effettuare la manutenzione o riparare il portone senza aver consultato il manuale d’uso e di manutenzione.• Non utilizzare il portone prima di aver installato tutte le protezioni in dotazione.• Non rimuovere le protezioni in dotazione.• Non installare sulla porta apparecchiature diverse da quelle fabbricate dalla Casa Costruttrice.• Non far funzionare il portone mentre delle persone toccano gli organi meccanici di movimento.• Non effettuare operazioni di manutenzione o registrazione con la porta in movimento.• Non spostare il portone in un altro luogo senza l’ausilio di un tecnico installatore abilitato.

3.0 DESCRIZIONE DEL PRODOTTO (portone installato)

• Portone ad ante ad apertura manuale.

• Ogni anta è composta da un telaio tubolare in acciaio e da uno o più pannelli sandwich in legno di multistrato marino da 80 mm di spessore.

• Base dell’anta dotata di spazzole di tenuta contro il pavimento.• Guarnizioni in gomma tubolare antischiacciamento dita tra telaio e anta.• Pomoli esterni e maniglia interna in ottone bronzato o ottone lucido.

• Rostri supplementari (1 superiore + 1 inferiore) mossi dalla stessa serratura attraverso 2 rinvii angolari• Chiusura dell’anta secondaria per mezzo di 2 chiavistelli (inferiore + superiore) manovrabili per mezzo di leva posta ad altezza

4.0 SEGNALI VISIVI POSIZIONATI SULLA PORTA

4.1 Etichetta di indicazione

Riportiamo di seguito un’ esempio di etichetta marcata CE, ricordando che questa, assieme alla dichiarazione di conformità, attesta che il prodotto soddisfa le vigenti direttive europee in materia di sicurezza.

Prima di utilizzare, effettuare la manutenzione o riparare il manufatto si consiglia di leggere attentamente le indicazioni di seguito fornite e di eseguire gli interventi attenendosi alle norme di sicurezza previste per l’utilizzo e la manutenzione.Si raccomanda pertanto di conservare sempre a portata di mano il presente manuale.

5.0 DATI TECNICI DEL PORTONE ANT HT

5.1 Funzionamento del portone

5.2.1 Utilizzo del portone a funzionamento manualeIl portone a funzionamento manuale è provvisto di guarnizioni perimetrali sui lati dei montanti: sono estruse in gomma EPDM, di forma tubolare e si trovano tra l’anta ed il telaio. Hanno lo scopo di evitare possibili lesioni alle dita, qualora queste si trovassero inavvertitamente tra il battente e il telaio.

7.0 ISTRUZIONI PER LA MANUTENZIONE

7.1 Operazioni periodicheLe operazioni di manutenzione consigliabili con frequenza annuale sono quelle di seguito riportate.

ATTENZIONE! Tutti i lavori di controllo e di manutenzione sul portone manuale devono essere effettuati esclusivamente con porta chiusa a chiave.

8.0 GARANZIA DEL COSTRUTTORE

La garanzia decorre dalla data di installazione quando è commissionata al Costruttore. In tutti gli altri casi la garanzia decorre dalla data di emissione del documento di trasporto. La durata della garanzia è la seguente:10 ANNI sui componenti meccanici del prodotto,

La garanzia comprende la “sostituzione dei componenti difettosi” e, nei primi 2 anni, anche l’intervento di un tecnico autorizzato dal Costruttore. La garanzia non é valida in caso di: - mancata osservanza del “Manuale di Installazione” qualora il portone non sia stata installata da personale autorizzato dal Costruttore - mancata osservanza delle disposizioni contenute nel “Manuale d’Uso e Manutenzione”

9.0 SMANTELLAMENTO

In caso di smantellamento e rottamazione è necessario bloccare le serrature con chiave e scollegare taluni accessori per rendere la porta inutilizzabile. Per la rottamazione, in base alle vigenti leggi locali, bisognerà contattare un’azienda specializzata nello smaltimento di materiali dismessi.

Nota tecnica: il portone Silvelox ha la parte in legno costruita con avanzate soluzioni tecniche, mirate a ridurre i naturali movimenti di dilatazione e restringimento tipici della materia prima impiegata. Tuttavia, in particolari condizioni ambientali, si possono creare delle piccole fessurazioni e leggere deformazioni che, se non precludono il regolare funzionamento manuale e/o motorizzato del prodotto, sono da considerarsi caratteristiche peculiari del materiale, e di conseguenza non sono coperte da garanzia.

USE AND MAINTENANCE

1.0 PREMISE

In this manual we describe the safety, use and maintenance rules for the double-leaf door. If you follow these instructions carefully, the product will operate perfectly and in complete safety.

2.0 GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS

• Do not leave within reach of children any of the packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, cartons, metal sheets), as these are a potential hazard.

• Make sure that children are not locked in the garage if there is no other exit but the door. (risk of trapping)• Do not use the door in any way differing from the one indicated in this manual. Any other use is to be considered erroneous or

unreasonable, and the manufacturer declines any responsibility in such cases.

• Do not use the door before installing all the protection systems supplied.• Do not remove any protection supplied.

• Do not operate the door while any person is touching the mechanical parts related to movement.• Do not carry out any maintenance or adjustment on the door when it is moving.• Do not move the door to another site without consulting an authorised installer.

3.0 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (installed door)

• External frame in steel tube complete with multiple fastenings with expansion plugs or angular brackets.• The door leaves each have a tubular steel frame and one or more sandwich panels in multilayer marine timber of thickness 80 mm.

• Tubular anti-crush gaskets between external frame and leaf.• Outside knob and inside handle in brass, bronzed or polished.• Safety lock with three bolts and one spring latch, with pull-safe key/key cylinder and three coded keys.• Additional bolts (1 top + 1 bottom) actuated by the same lock via two angular couplings.• Closure of the second leaf by two bolts (top and bottom) operated by a lever placed at hand height.• Metal parts galvanised or powder-coated colour Ral 8019 (grey-brown).

5.0 TECHNICAL DETAILS OF THE ANT HT DOOR

5.1 Door Operation• The leaf opens and closes manually by operating the provided handle (from the inside). Unlock the door using the key, then rotate

the handle.• The secondary leaf can be unlocked by vertically operating the lever provided on the inside.• The pedestrian door, if supplied, can be opened by rotating the handle anti-clockwise.

7.2 Regeneration of Wood Surface FinishFirst of all we want to reassure the customer about the pigment loss that may occur when cleaning the wood surface with a wet cloth.

Make sure that the environment temperature is higher than 10°C, that the wood is not hotter than 35°C (in the sun), and that the surrounding area is not dusty.Finishing products can be ordered directly from the manufacturer, or bought in any good varnish shop, asking for water-based acrylic-resin products.

7.3.1 Repairing Minor Crushes and ScratchesIf you want to remove minor crushes and scratches, we suggest the use of coloured wax-based putty that can be found in any specialised shop, applying the putty directly to the crushed area with no subsequent varnishing.

8.0 MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE

The guarantee is effective from the date of installation, when it has been carried out by the manufacturer. In any other event the guarantee is effective from the date of issue of the transport bill. The duration of the guarantee is the following:10 YEARS for the mechanical components of the door,

2 YEARS for the mechanical, electric and electronic components of the door

The guarantee is not valid in case of: - lacking observance of the “Installation Manual” if the door has been installed by staff not authorised by the Manufacturer - lacking observance of the provisions contained in the “Use and Maintenance Manual” - modifying or tampering with the original conditions of the product - payment delay or default, even partial.

The Manufacturer reserves the right to technically improve the product at any time and without notice, and accepts no responsibility for direct or indirect damages caused to people or things by an improper use of the product.

These small anomalies can be removed following the indications in paragraph 7.2 “Regeneration of Wood Surface Finish ”.

9.0 DISMANTLING

When dismantling and scrapping the door you must lock the door safely and disconnect some of the accessories to make the door unusable. As regards scrapping , according to local laws, you will need to contact a company specialised in the disposal of scrapped goods.

Technical note: the Silvelox door wooden part has been constructed using advanced technical solutions, aimed at reducing the natural expansion and shrinking movements typical of the raw material used. However, in particular environmental conditions, some small slits and slight deformations can arise; if they do not prevent the regular manual and/or motorised operation of the door they must be considered peculiar characteristics of the material, and as such are not covered by the guarantee.

1.0 PREMESSA

Cette notice décrit les normes de sécurité, d’usage et d’entretien des portes à deux vantaux.Si ces instructions sont rigoureusement respectées, notre produit vous assurera une satisfaction complète en toute sécurité.

2.0 NORMES DE SECURITE GENERALES

• Ne laisser en aucun cas les composants de l’emballage (sachets en plastique, polystyrène expansé, cartons et autres éléments) à la portée des enfants, compte tenu des risques qu’ils pourraient représenter.

• S’assurer que les enfants ne restent pas enfermés à l’intérieur de votre garage si la porte en est la seule issue.• Ne jamais tenter d’utiliser la porte basculante autrement que le décrit cette notice. Un autre mode d’utilisation serait considéré

comme erroné et irrationnel, et de ce fait le fabricant déclinerait toute responsabilité.• Ne jamais utiliser, entretenir ou réparer la porte Silvelox sans avoir consulté au préalable la Notice d´utilisation et d´entretien. • Ne pas utiliser la porte Silvelox sans avoir installé tous les dispositifs de protections fournis • Ne jamais enlever, même partiellement, les dispositifs de protections fournis.• Ne jamais installer sur la porte d’autres composants que ceux réalisés par la Maison de Construction.• Ne pas actionner la porte Silvelox si quelqu’un est en contact avec les parties mécaniques de mouvement.• Ne jamais effectuer d´opérations d’entretien ou de réglage lorsque la porte est en mouvement.• Ne pas démonter et transporter la porte dans un autre endroit, sans avoir consulté au préalable un installateur spécialisé.

3.0 DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT (porte installée)

• Porte à 2 vantaux pivotant de 90°• Ouverture manuelle. • Entretoise supérieure et montants du châssis extérieur en tube d’acier.

5.0 DONNÉES TECHNIQUES DE LA PORTE ANT HT

5.1 Fonctionnement de la porte

5.2 Mesures de prévention des accidents

5.2.1 Utilisation de la porte à fonctionnement manuelLa porte à fonctionnement manuel est équipée de joints le long du périmètre du côté des montants: ce sont des joints extrudés en caoutchouc EPDM, de forme tubulaire, qui se trouvent entre le vantail et le châssis. Ils servent à éviter toute lésion éventuelle aux doigts, si ceux-ci devaient se trouver par erreur entre le vantail et le châssis.

7.2 Régénération de la surface des vantaux en boisNous tenons avant tout à rassurer l’utilisateur en ce qui concerne la perte de pigments tout à fait modeste qui peut se produire lors du nettoyage de la surface en bois avec un chiffon humide. Il s’agit d’un phénomène normal, qui est le propre des peintures de qualité supérieure et qui ne compromet en aucun cas ni les caractéristiques de la couche de peinture, ni la garantie de la durée.

Si l’on veut transformer une porte manuelle en porte motorisée, il faut s’adresser uniquement à des techniciens agréés par le fabricant, en utilisant l’appareillage d’origine fourni par le fabricant et présentant les caractéristiques d’homologation nécessaires pour ce type de produit, compte tenu des normes de sécurité en vigueur.

ATTENTION! Les opérations de contrôle et d’entretien sur la porte manuelle doivent être effectués impérativement lorsque la porte est condamnée.

S’assurer que la température ambiante soit supérieure à 10°C, que le bois ne se trouve pas à une température supérieure à 35°C (exposition au soleil), et qu’il n’y ait pas de poussière dans la zone environnante.

7.3.1 Réparations des petits éclats ou rayuresSi vous voulez réparer des petits éclats ou rayures, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser du mastic à base de cire colorée, qui peut être acheté dans n’importe quel magasin spécialisé, et de l’appliquer directement sur la partie endommagée sans nécessité de vernis.

8.0 GARANTIE DU FABRICANT

La garantie est effective à partir de la date d’installation lorsque elle est effectuée par le fabricant. Dans tous les autres cas, la garantie est effective à partie de la date d’émission du document de transport. Durée de la garantie ci-dessous:10 ANS sur les composants mécaniques de la porte,

La garantie comprend la “substitution des composants défectueux” et également, au cours des 2 premières années, l’intervention d’un technicien autorisé par le fabricant. La garantie n’est pas valable dans les cas suivants: - non-respect de la “Notice d’installation” si la porte n’a pas été installée par du personnel autorisé par le fabricant, - non-respect des mesures se trouvant dans la “Notice d’utilisation et d’entretien”,

- retard de paiement ou non-paiement, même partiel.

9.0 DÉMONTAGE

En cas de démontage et d’évacuation de la porte, il sera nécessaire de bloquer toutes les serrures, et d’enlever certains accessoires pour rendre la porte inutilisable. En ce qui concerne la mise à la décharge, et selon les règlements en vigueur, il faudra contacter une entreprise spécialisée pour l’élimination de ce type de matériaux.
