ASH News Daily brings attendees daily coverage of meeting activities and a full schedule of events. ASH News Daily is delivered to select hotels, available on shuttle buses, displayed in branded kiosks, and handed out at the convention center.

• This is an annual meeting publication. Just as payment for booth space is due prior to the meeting, so is payment for ad space.

Ads are non-bleed only

Media: High-resolution Adobe PDF files required, with all fonts and graphics (min. 300 dpi) embedded. If a printed proof is not sent, we are not responsible for the out-come of the ad (color, fonts, text, etc.). Advertiser will be billed at cost for time required to prepare files to above standards, including resizing and mechanical or production services. All advertising is subject to the approval of ASH.

Color: Maximum combined density of 240 percent with only one solid. Two secondary colors should not exceed 75 percent each. Any single color not intended to print solid should not exceed 80 percent. Additional 10 percent under-color removal for cyan. Type should be surprinted in areas having tint values of 30 percent. Four-color type reverses should not be smaller than 10 points (14 points if using a narrow face font). Reverses should only be used out of areas having at least 70 percent tone value in black, magenta, or cyan. Single-page inserts:• Final dimensions: 10 7/8" x 15" or smaller. If the

finished size of the insert is smaller than 10 7/8" x 15" it will not trim except at the foot.

• A 5" lip/flap is required (must be low side) to run the vertical length of the insert. This allows the insert to be stitched into the newspaper.

• A 1.25" foot trim is required.

Multi-page inserts:• The insert should arrive folded.• A 1.25" foot trim and 3/8" low-side lip is required.• 100# coated gross-text weight maximum.

ASH News TV 2016

ASH News TV offers daily, 20-minute segments of ASH annual meeting coverage and updates. Daily segments run in a repeating loop throughout the day, with highlights from the previous day and previews of forthcoming sessions and events.

ASH News TV will be broadcast:• Directly into more than 10,000 hotel rooms• On approximately 80 percent of the 50 to 85

hotel shuttle buses• Throughout the convention center• Online via links on the ASH website for 12 months

and in ASH News Daily e-Newsletter.

There are a total of six sponsorship opportunities. Each receives one daily, 30-second commercial.

Your commercial may be a self-produced video and can include a lower-third banner that provides your booth number. Alternately, Convention News Television, the ASH News TV vendor, can work with you to produce a customized video designed to your own specifications.
