Shrink Wrapper

The Standard-Knapp 598 Tritium™ is a high-speed, continuous-motion shrink wrapper that operatesat speeds up to 120 trays per minute. Equipped standard with Robo-Wand™ wrapping technology,consistent, precision wraps happen every time – no matter the product size or wrap style.

Standard-Knapp's engineering team hasdesigned the 598 Tritium™ Shrink System in collaboration with our major customers toimprove machine uptime, reduce maintenancerequirements and simplify operation. It can beused as either a stand-alone machine or withour Continuum™ Tray Packer as a continuous-motion Tray/Shrink System. The Tritium'srobust stainless steel modular construction isdesigned for reliable, efficient 24/7 operation.

Side Film Stand

The dual-roll side film stand providesergonomic loading, simple film splicing andopen access to film rolls.

Modular Construction

Each module is engineered to extremelytight tolerances for precise positioningduring machine assembly. This accuracyensures gentle product transitions andsmooth transfers between conveyors.

Removable Guard Doors

Each guard door is mounted using half-barrelhinges, allowing quick, easy removal of doorfor open access during machine maintenance.Machine safety interlocks prevent the machinefrom starting until doors are reinstalled.

FLOW

Magnetic particle brakes, combined with a linear andelectronically controlled film tension dancer bar system,prevent film tension fluctuations and produce consistentfilm cuts and product wraps.

Robo-Wand™ wrapping technology electronicallyadjusts to the perfect profile for each specificproduct, enabling consistent, precision wraps everytime. No change parts are necessary.
