Team Leader Community Clinical Nurse Specialist Salary Scale: £28,313 to £37,326, equivalent to Agenda for Change Band 7 Hours: 37.5 hours per week The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice provides specialist palliative care to the people of Glasgow living with an advanced life limiting illness. Patients are at the heart of all that we do and as one of our lead Clinical Nurse Specialists you’ll ensure the implementation of high standard community based care. Currently celebrating its 25th Anniversary the Hospice is embarking on an exciting strategy to deliver new and innovative palliative care services. The Clinical Nurse Specialist team is adapting in response to the needs of the community of Glasgow. As one of 2 team leaders you will be key in driving forward change to ensure high quality care and equity of access. You will be educated to higher degree level in palliative care or oncology with significant experience in the primary care environment.
