Before Creating Your Store: ❏ Define your customer ideal customer.

TIP: In order to define your ideal customer you want to really dive deep into these questions below. Just
know not ALL of these questions are applicable to you and your products. Some people want to go after
trinkets and smaller items. However, the more you can enter the better your results are going to be!
❏ What is your ideal customers biggest source of pain? The reason why they would needyou or your product?

❏ What do they love? Hobbies, pastimes, etc. If you can identify what they enjoy doing youcan TALK to them when you create your store.

sell? What emotion does it give them or what does it allow them to SHARE with the world.

Phase 1 - Research 2018
The goal of our research for 2018 is to PROVE a niche you want to move into has a passionate audience
demographic. This is extremely easy to access. You can access the following tool here:

IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Step 1 - Go to http://business.facebook.com
Step 2 - Sign up or login
Step 3 - Complete the signup process
Step 4 - Once you sign up… Click the little burger icon at the top
Step 5 - Click all tools
Step 6 - Look under Plan > Audience Insights
Step 7 - Click ‘everyone on facebook’
Step 8 - DONE. Lets get started!

❏ Type these 5 niches into FaceBook audience insights and in order write downwhat the MONTHLY total is (if you cannot find the niche, leave it blank)

We are going to use the Google Keyword Planner for EXTRA clarification on if a niche is good to get
involved with. Login here and follow these directions: https://adwords.google.com/home/tools/keyword-plan

Step 1 - login and go to your admin console. Under Tools click Keyword Planner.
Step 2 - click “get search volume data and trends”
❏ Use Google Keyword Planner To Get Monthly Searches and write them down:(explained in Drop Shipping Academy on key indicators you want to look for and how to find the Google Keyword Planner).

Once You Find A Good Niche / Product
❏ Go into FaceBook Power Editor and type in your keyword into the targeting andlist out 10 of the SUGGESTIONS

❏ Gather a list of 10 targetable interests from Audience Insights that closely relateto your niche
❏ If you can easily find 10 targetable interests go and start creating your store❏ If your product does not offer more than 10 targetable interests make sure you
can find 3-4 interests to target (once we get to FaceBook we will discuss LAA’s)
Phase 2 - Building Your Store❏ Go and register for Shopify.com (use this link for 10% off and 21 days free -->

❏ Add your pixel to your store
❏ Add Google Analytics to your store (In depth installation instructions and whatyou should be tracking inside of Drop Shipping Academy)
❏ Add your first product to your store
❏ Edit theme settings (if you want to make your home and catalogue pages looknice)
❏ Edit menus
❏ Add a FAQ Page and add these 3 FAQ’s to start❏ Shipping Time❏ Customer Support❏ Tracking Information
Apps ❏ Install the following apps to make your store SUPER profitable❏ TriFunnels (CRUCIAL) - used to create funnels for your store and works right within
Shopify
❏ MailFunnels - Shopify’s best autoresponder app. Allows you to segment based onproducts purchased and abandon carts. Gives you the ability to make more money weeks and months after the sale.
Phase 3 - 1st FaceBook Ad❏ Make sure your pixel is installed correctly❏ Create 3 campaigns
❏ Campaign 1: You are going to create a interest based campaign. The bidding willbe automatic. You are going to start at $8 per day. You are going to send this traffic to the beginning of your TriFunnels funnel. Make sure your pixel is installed on this page because we are going to use it in Campaign #2.
❏ Campaign 2: We are going to set up a retargeting campaign from ALL visitorsthat go to our site (make sure your pixel is installed on your store for this to work). You are going to create an ad that tells everyone that you are having an AMAZING deal and you are going to send them to ANOTHER funnel you create just for this ad that will offer them something EVEN MORE discounted to reel them into the funnel.
❏ Campaign 3: You are going to repeat campaign 1 with a different targetinginterest. This traffic will also funnel back into campaign #2.
❏ Track campaigns for 3 days and kill the losers.❏ IF...
❏ NO sales after 3 days → edit campaign 1 and 3 to different interests.❏ SOME sales after 3 days → duplicate the campaign and pause the original and
let the duplicate run for 48 hours ❏ PROFITABLE → let it run for another 3 days. Once you have let the ads run for 6
days being profitable you are going to DUPLICATE and RAISE the budget 20%. You are going to pause the original ad and let the duplicate of the winner run.
