1 Communicate VISION. Make it concrete, compelling, and clear. Communicate it often.Over-emphasize the “outside.” Who isn’t with us that needs to go to heaven with us. As church leaders, we must keep the temperature hot on this.Create, call for, catalyze, and facilitate spiritual MOVEMENT! Focus on the early connections and Barna’s seven connections theory.Be rigorously honest about the TRUTH OF YOUR SITUATION. What is working and not. We need the last 10% of truth!

Learn to focus on What’s Important Now! (WINs) All things are possible but not all things are expedient. Develop and vote on this as a team.
