What is Computer

A computer is a programmable machinethat receive input, stores and manipulates data, and providesoutput in a useful format, theycan be constructed out of almostanything.



COMPUTER PARTS



System Unit

• The system unit is the case that contains electronic components of the computer used to process data.



Monitor Screen

• A computer monitor or a computer display is an electronic visual display for computers which is used to see the output on screen.



Keyboard

• The Keyboard is a device used to input text into a computer or other device. A keyboard typically connects wirelessly or via USB.



Mouse

• The computer mouse is considered as an input device. With a click of a button, the mouse sends information to the computer.



Speakers• They receive audio input from

the computer's sound card and produce audio output in the form of sound waves.

MS Excel

• A powerful spreadsheet program that allows user to organize data, complete calculations, make decision, graph data, and develop professional looking reports.



MS PowerPoint

• It is a program designed to create presentations. And most effective tool in lectures and seminars. It uses a graphical approach to presentation in the form of slide show.
