63.51*6 SHAKESPEARE 010 Item 14 Summary gf 1987 Work Program Objective To continue from previous years, tests on Claims 575769, and 4607E4 at locations in the Sedimentary Rock of the Matinenda Formation for gold occurrences. To test Sedimentary Rock on Claim 853843 in the Lake Penage Area for gold and platinum. The 1987 Work Program consisted of expanding pit areas in bedrock and overburden, in order to obtain samples where some appeared warranted, for assaying. Work was done by shovel (manual), power plugger (Pionjar), explosive (dynami te-Amex ) , along with transportation and setting off explosives, sampling and sorting (manual) and assays. Total hours expended were 816 (see detail sheets in the Financial section). ResuJ t s Of the IE assays for gold the highest result obtained was E10 parts per billion. l Spec trometr ic assay showed 7. IE Magnesium, Iron 3.46, Titanium Oxide ,E6, Chromium 980 p. p. m, and confirmed as tremolites but not ilmenite. In summary the gold results are disappointing, the presence of tremolite warrants further invest- igat ion. Assays continue to be discouraging, for gold. The presence of Magnesium, Iron and Titanium should be explored further with regard to the possibility of ilmenite. Therefore, work will con tinue on the aforementioned claims in 1988. Item 14

Summary gf 1987 Work Program

Objective

To continue from previous years, tests on Claims 575769, and 4607E4 at locations in the Sedimentary Rock of the Matinenda Formation for gold occurrences.

ResuJ t s

Of the IE assays for gold the highest result obtained was E10 parts per billion. l Spec trometr ic assay showed 7.

As per your request, we ran sample CNS-2-87 for the following:

FeTi02Cr

3.460.26980 ppm

It would appear that the relatively high Mg value that you received on a previous report is due to the presence of tremolite ( Ca2Mg5Si8022(OH)2). This was confirmed by X-ray diffraction, which did not indicate the presence of ilmenite.
