The property is located in the City of York, North Yorkshire approximately 40 km (25 miles) to the north east of Leeds. The City of Hull is located 64 km (40 miles) to the south east of York. The City benefits from an excellent network of roads with junctions of the A1 (M) and M62, approached via the A64 and A14, within 24 km (15 miles) and 32 km (20 miles) respectively. The M62 provides good links to Hull, Leeds and Manchester, whilst the A1 (M) links with Newcastle, Sheffield and Nottingham.
