Our product is Tree Of knowledge. We use 5

process for this product.

First process is cutting steel. We use Metal

cutting saw. we use it to cut steel as size that we need.

advantages - It can cut a steel easily.

disadvantages - The person that use Metal cutting

saws must have experience because it is sharp.

Second process is welding steel. We use

welding machine for weld steel to make a frame of

product.

advantages - This process can make a strong

structure for our product.

disadvantages - This process have high principal and

The person that use Welding machine must have

experience.

Third process is cutting plywood. We use saw.

We use it to cut plywood that we measure and make

line on plywood.

advantages - This process can cut size plywood that

we need and it can cut easily. And it has low principle.

disadvantages - It hard to use. It require a skilled

person to use.

Fourth process is attaching.This process we

use screwdriver and screw for seize between plywood

and steel frame.

advantages - Screw is most suitable material to seize

a wood,so it make a structure stronger.

disadvantages - It'll Work slowly when compare

with a drill.

Fifth process is painting. we use lacker coat

plywood and use rustproof colour coat steel frame.

advantages - This process can make our product

polished, anti-rust and waterproof properties.

disadvantages - Because coating lacker can make

some air toxic, you shouldn't take it to your bed room

until about 36 hour.
