INVITATION

It is our pleasure, Tirak Taekwondo to use this opportunity to invite all teams from both Thailand and

any foreign countries to attend 6th TIRAK TAEKWONDO INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2016

on 23rd October 2016. The competition will be located at John Paul II Sport Center at Assumption

University Suvarnabhumi Campus in Bangkok in Thailand.

This competition has been arranged to give the opportunity to both Thai and foreign athletes to being

able to compete each other, which this enable them to gain experiences and exchange their

techniques to develop themselves and also all the new athletes in this generation. Therefore, Tirak

Taekwondo would like to invite Taekwondo teams to attend 6th TIRAK TAEKWONDO

INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2016 to provide the athletes the chance to develop their

competency and to succeed in the future.

In addition, we would like to welcome you to Thailand to learn our culture and visit our important

places in Bangkok such as Wat Phra Kaew or Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Pho or the

Temple of the Reclining Buddha, Grand Palace, Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchawaramahawihan

or the Royal Temple of Dawn. As well as trying Thai food. Trying the delicious and unique taste that

Thai food has.

Regulation 1. Four athletes will be awarded in each category (1 Gold, 1 Silver, 2 Bronze).

2. Single elimination tournament system

3. 3 rounds, 1.30 minutes each with 45 seconds rest in between rounds (Time may be

changed following the situation)

4. No limit of athletes per weight category

5. PSS trunk protector (Daedo) will be used for ages 15-17 years old (Class A only)

and for ages 18 years old and above. In addition, Non-PSS head guard will be

used. All athletes are responsible for their own competitive equipment: head

guard, shin guard, forearm guard, groin guard, gum shield, gloves and PSS socks

(Daedo).

6. Non-PSS trunk protector are used for ages between 6 to 14 years old and for ages

15-17 years old (Class B only). All athletes are responsible for their own

competitive equipment: trunk protector, head guard, shin guard, forearm guard,

groin guard, gum shield, gloves and socks.

7. All athletes must register 15 minutes before competition for their equipments to be

checked.

8. For athletes who is late within the time given will be submission due to any reasons.

9. All athletes are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

10. No changes will be allowed after registration. There will be no refund on withdrawal.

11. All athletes below 18 years old must have the consent form signed by their parents.

12. If the registration form is not filled completely, the athlete may be rejected.

13. All teams must follow the regulations and competition rules.
