Tips from localInstagrammer@cherrieflea
1. First light is always well before the sun actually comes upover the horizon.
2. If you have no cloud or no subject to break the light you willjust end up with a light blowout! So if is a cloudless morningtake something interesting that you flare the light around orsilhouette.
3. Take Sunglasses. Your eyes will get sore from shootingthat strong first light.
4. Take water! Here in Central Queensland it gets quite humidas the sun rises. It is actually more humid than it is later in themorning in fact!
5. Take bug spray. The joy of glorious horizons for yoursunrise photos can be ruined by pesky bugs.
6.Think about perspective. If it’s dawn and you have yoursmart phone out but it’s just too dark just move yourselfaround a few degrees either way and see a big difference inthe light. All photos: @cherrieflea
