1,Muscles go through some physical
stress when we exercise. Avoid
pain by taking supplements such as

before and after your workout.
Also remember - no gainz without

INTIMIDATION
2,If you’ve ever stepped foot in a gym
for the first time you know the
feeling. Get an induction so you
know how to use the machines and
never feel intimated by people, use
them as body goals, because if they
can do it so can you.
OVERDOING IT
3,Don't get overwhelmed. When starting
out, the best thing you can do for
yourself is start small, try exercising for
just 10 minutes a day then the next
week go up to 15 minutes and so on
until it becomes a habit and you are
able to do a full hour without using all
your willpower.
NOT SEEING RESULTS
4,You will most likely not see any change
within the first two weeks. Getting fit,
losing weight or building muscle works
like compound interest, It starts off
small - little tiny changes in your body
that are barely visible, but if you stick
to it, all of a sudden it will seem like you
have transformed overnight.
NO ACCOUNTABILITY
5,If you are trying to do it alone it’s so
easy to give yourself reasons why you
should get an extra hours sleep instead
of going to the gym. Having someone to
hold you accountable for doing what
you said you will do will provide
support, motivation and even healthy
competition.
NO GOAL, NO WHY
6,You have to make clear to yourself why
you are committing to getting fit, and
saying because you want to lose weight
just isn't good enough you also have to
know why you want to lose weight. It
will give you a reason to get up and
work-out.
THE NO TIME EXCUSE
7,The reality is we all have 24 hours in
the day and its what we chose to do
with that time that counts. You can
sleep 30 minutes less, walk to work
instead of driving. Meal prep so that
you have an extra hour every night.
The choice is yours, you can keep
making excuses or find a way.
