NO ONE IS IN CHARGE OF YOUR EXCEPT YOU
It’s easy to allow others opinions and views to
influence the way we feel. Yet, if we can learn to
shake off other people’s negativity we then control
our own state of happiness. Do what makes you
happy; we control our own state of mind.
DO NOT JUDGE OTHER FOR EVERYONE IS THEIR BATTLES
We all have those battles we are secretly fighting within.
Understanding this should make it evident that it isn’t fair to
judge anyone, for no one is perfect and neither are you or I.
MAKE WITH THE SO IT
WON’T DISTURB THE
Forgive for what has happened in the past so that we all can
move on with the future. Learning from our mistakes allows
us to grow as a person. Making peace with our past lets us
create a brighter future. It isn’t easy to forgive and forget. Yet,
the reward will make us wish we had done so earlier.
A dream of all is to sit around, do
nothing, and somehow fall into a
euphoric lifestyle. However, no one has
achieved their dreams by doing nothing.
So get up, get started, and get what
needs to be done to create the lifestyle
you have always dreamt of.
YOU WHAT YOU FOR
DON’T THE SMALL
Life is to short to waste energy worrying about
petty things. Know when stress is warranted and
when it is not. Remembering to spare our minds
when faced with petty situations will let us develop
a healthier state of mind in the end.
ALWAYS BE
What are you grateful for? We are all grateful for at
least something in our lives and that particular
something should never be taken for granted or
neglected. Life in itself is a gift that we all get to
experience. Be grateful for your existence and
everything in it.
Smiling is the simplest way to
instantly feel happier. It is also
one of the most ignored
methods to boosting a
person’s mentality in a positive
way. A smile is contagious and
we all should be contaminating
the world ☺
