Avoid extreme physical exertion during the hot weather. If you can’t avoid strenuous outdoor activity, keep it for cooler parts of the day e.g. early morning or evening. #BeatTheHeat

Stay #WeatherAware. Don’t leave babies, children, older people or ill people or pets alone in stationary cars in hot weather.
Dog in car
If you or others feel unwell, dizzy, anxious or have intense thirst after being in the heat, move to a cool place, drink fluids and cool your body down. Seek medical help if symptoms persist #BeatTheHeat
