STEP 1: Confirm that your AHS Home Warranty contract is current.

STEP 2: Select the link to “My Account.” Follow the directions to log in or sign up. The AHS “My Account” feature lets you conveniently manage and review your home warranty information online. You can also make and manage service requests, submit payments, customize your AHS profile, update contact information, get valuable home maintenance tips, and more.

STEP 3: From “My Account” select the AHS Appliance Discount Program banner on the right of the page to access the Appliance Discount Shopping Worksheet.

STEP 4: Download and complete the helpful Shopping Worksheet and make your appliance selections. Once you have the brand name and model numbers for the appliances you wish to purchase, proceed to Step 5.

STEP 5: With your completed Shopping Worksheet in hand, call the Appliance Discount team at the number listed on the worksheet, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time to receive AHS special pricing. (AHS associates cannot answer questions or provide explanations about appliances over the phone, so be sure to have done all your research and made your selections before you call.)

STEP 6: Place your order, provide payment, and arrange for delivery to the address on your current AHS Home Warranty contract.

Who is eligible for the AHS Appliance Discount Program?

Customers with active AHS Home Warranty contracts may participate in the program.

Is there a waiting period for program eligibility?

No, there is not. You are eligible to participate in the AHS Appliance Discount Program as soon as your AHS Home Warranty contract goes into effect. New customers can call 800 735 4663 to sign up for home warranty coverage.

If my AHS contract has expired, can I renew and be eligible for the program?

Yes, renew today and start saving on appliances as soon as your contract becomes effective. Call 800 305 8751 to renew.

Can real estate professionals participate in the program?

Certainly! Anyone with a current AHS Home Warranty is eligible. Many real estate professionals become AHS Home Warranty customers when they see their clients enjoying budget protection and access to our nationwide network of qualified service professionals. Now, they can enjoy quality home appliance discounts, too!

Do listing contracts count as current home protection contracts?

Yes, the program is open to home sellers with listing coverage. In fact, upgrading appliances may be a good idea for some home sellers who want to make their properties more attractive to potential buyers.

Can AHS help me choose my new appliance?

The program does not offer consultative sales. However, we do have a helpful Shopping Worksheet to help you complete your research and obtain the information you need to place an order through the AHS Appliance Discount Program. You will need to know the brand and model number for the appliance you wish to order when you call.

What is the purpose of the Shopping Worksheet?

The convenient Shopping Worksheet helps you research your options, make your selections, and gather the model number and brand name of the appliance you wish to order before you call the toll-free number.

Is delivery included?

Yes, delivery is included in the sales price to the property address listed on the active AHS Home Warranty contract only. Delivery will be arranged as part of your order.

Is sales tax collected?

Yes, sales tax is collected based on each customer’s property address tax rate.

How long does delivery usually take?

Typically, delivery takes five to seven business days from the date the order is placed.

Can I order more than one appliance through the program?

Yes. In fact, the more appliances you order, the more savings opportunities you’ll enjoy.

What is “My Account”?

This is a convenient online feature for AHS customers that lets you manage your home warranty coverage information with just a few clicks. With My Account, you can make AHS service requests, submit payments, review your coverage, create and customize your profile and e-newsletter subscriptions, update contact and credit card information, receive valuable home maintenance tips, and sign up for offers from the ServiceMaster family of brands.

When do I pay for the appliances that I order through the plan?

Payment is due when you place your order.

What payment methods are accepted for the appliances?

Payment may be made by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for the Appliance Discount Program.

What is the cancellation policy and process?

Once an order is placed, there is no cancellation return or refund option. The one exception is if a unit arrives damaged from the manufacturer.

How are returns handled?

If a unit arrives damaged, the delivery company can take back the unit and the customer contacts AHS for a re-order.

What happens if the wrong item is delivered (i.e., an appliance in the incorrect color)?

If it is an error caused by AHS, we would work with the supplier to resolve. If the customer ordered the wrong color, we would have to work with the supplier to exchange. Any error outside AHS or the supplier would result in restock/return fees and would be the responsibility of the customers.

What happens if a delivered item is damaged?

Damaged units will be returned and a re-order processed for the unit.
