1. Please ensure your representative is satisfied that container is "Cargo worthy" prior pick up.2. Containers are to be brought back to below mention yard, and given ready within 7 days of pick up (including SUNDAYS

AND HOLIDAYS) failing which detention charges (AS GIVEN BELOW) will be recovered.3. Please submit the relevant Shipping Bill "out of charge" to our operations dept at our office.

4. Containers not to exceed pay load as indicated on container. Any damage to container will be on your account and repaircharges recovered from you.

5. Ensure appropriate IMO labels which are supplied by our office is duly affixed vis. a vis. Hazardous cargo stuffed prior toreceipt at CY point. Any fines for non affixing of said IMO labels will be recovered from you.

6. Line not responsible for stuffing cargo over CSC rated capacity.7. Shipper will be responsible for any container damage if caused due to improper / excess / overweight stuffing.8. In case of open tops, shipper to make sure before pick up that all removable parts such as tarpaulin, tir cord, roof bows,

etc are intact.9. Reefer unit released should report to the terminal with set temperature failing which any penalty from port will be on

shipper`s a/c and subsequently no claim towards detoriatation of cargo wil l be entertained.10. Use only IAL bullet seals, which are to be collected from our office.
